Half-assed edit (Now her left leg is too big, I think.).
Things I did:
Made it into a girl.
Straightened left leg.
Made the aforementioned 'thing' less prominent. (And also made the right leg look really wierd with my befuddled shading)
Got completely confused by the lightsource.

Am I heading in the right direction?

It was a boy, how do I make him look more manly?
