WUUN SCAPE ALERT.

This is going to be full of RS Posts. :(.
Anyway.

Good concept. Muscle look more dragon scaled(ish) than muscle.
And the left arm should muscle is to small.

MIght you be ChoasToas from Runescape Community?. Always wanted to help you with your Pixel Art.
Haven't checked RSC back a long time ago but most of your colouring on lines are pillow shaded.

What's there to say at this point?  The piece is still in its infancy and there isn't a lot of critique to offer at this point besides the base lineart.  his right bicep seems a bit small, and his forearms have that "popeyesque" look to them (really fat compared to biceps), and his left wrist looks broken and could probably do with a straightening.

When you start colouring, then it will be easier to offer in depth critique.

Its probably a good time to get critique now becuase it will be easier to fix errors. I never studied anatomy like others here but here
is my attempt to fix up the anatomy of your guy. I think you should draw him naked first, then draw the stuff on him.

Modern artists are told that they must create something totally original-or risk being called "derivative".They've been indoctrinated with the concept that bad=good. The effect is always the same: Meaningless primitivism
