heres a hellboy that i started. that right hand of doom is not going to be fun to pixel... the kitten still bothers me. what do u guys think

I think because the kitten's front legs shouldn't extend forward like that. In fact, for that kitten you shouldn't even see them apart from the body, as when a cat sits like that they sit their front legs straight in front of them.

I also think the cat's neck should be stretched out to show maybe like curiosity.

the one thing that stands out for me left foot is bigger than his right for some reason. His legs also seem WAY out of proportion.
Other than that, a great start. Can't wait to see the updates

To me, the strange leg proportion to the body is fine and dandy, seeing as how that's his style. I'm going to hold my breath till I see this more developed, than I'll be giving some crits....Actually, one for the road: His tail looks unreal to me. It seems like those "Barney" type actors in their big fake dinosaur suits. It's a little stiff in other words. I'd suggest letting the tip of the tail flop on the ground, while also trying to round off where it bends...Other than that, I can't spot anything else...Now finish it, lazy ass
