Update, i was trying to colour the bottom half of the robe, but i have no idea what i am doing. could someone please help me out? ???

I don't like the black outlines. Use a dark colour but never full black.

That's one Picasso-like face.
Bring the ear up, eyes are a bit to the right aswell.

youve got many colors that can be used much more than how you have them now. also, youve clothed the figure so much, that the proportions are unreadable, but they are very off. my edit is still way to exaggerated to be even slightly realistic.

by the way.. make the whip just little fater where hes holding it.. Also if you add a hair, would make his head little bigger, becouse atm it looks too too small ;)

No, the cape looks sexy. The whole problem is that it looks like there are some many Lavender Blobs made through dithering. If I can edit the face I can try to give you a good idea how to do that.

Great progress. I really like the cape. Continue the same shading style on the red bit. The biceps still bug me a bit. I suggest working
with a background color other than white.
