I'll add clothes later. It will help hiding the anatomy errors.
Here's what I've noticed...
Her shoulders are a little too big.
Right hand is a little too small.
Face is too plumped.
Ankles should be thicker (for the chibi look).
Right knee needs to be a bit higher.
Upper right arm needs to be a bit more slender.
Abdomen looks too toned for a chibi girl. Reduce the detail.
The curve line of the right breast within the middle needs to be adjusted so that the breast doesn't look like it's being stretched out. Right now it looks like it's resting on a flat surface.
The left foot looks too flat. The top of the foot that meets the ankle should be higher.
Also, the angle of the foot at the back is sloping too much.
The left leg needs to look a bit fuller.
The legs could be a bit longer. Especially the lower part.
The right shoulder needs to be a bit more curved.
The right eyebrow needs to be wider.
The head should be moved forward a bit.
The base of the neck should be a bit more slender.
The way her bangs are spread out on the sides looks odd to me. Personally I'd change that. Have the bangs in front. The way it looks right now just bothers me.
Oh, and I'm seeing too many squares within her eyes. Her eyes are big enough for you to be able t round her irises and such.
That's about it for now. The shading is very good though.
