woot godslayer, me too :D
plus a friend bought me an animating survival book, just what I need. (some people will believe tutorial books are nonsense and you should learn through self-discovery and observing people's movements and wtnot. but I really did need something like this.) Got loads more nice things too, im not rich and im grateful I got anything atall.

happy christmas everyone.

woo, i have that book aswell. has definitely helped my traditional animation skills, but its hard for me to translate those skills into my pixelart.

I got white shoes.
(With the reciept >.>;)

And some hand-me down pants from my little brother.
Because they were too big for him.

But I got some cash from the eldest of my elders.
So I could probably buy either an anatomy manikin for practicing my anatomy.

Or a really cheap tablet.

Family bought me a 4*5 inch wacom. Great present. Stupid question, does anyone use their wacom tablet with plastic wrapping
it came in still on? It means you can't press the buttons, but you can move your pen faster. I only just started using it, but that seems
like the best way to me.
Modern artists are told that they must create something totally original-or risk being called "derivative".They've been indoctrinated with the concept that bad=good. The effect is always the same: Meaningless primitivism
