problem with muscle and pose

Could someone help me out with this sprite I just cant seem to get the muscles and arms correct.

you're doing something I do a lot and trying to squeeze too much detail into a tiny sprite

 Don't think i quite get it, but hope it gives you some direction; Also, changed your colors, i think it may help you a little bit
