Hi, i'm a fledgling artist with a strong interest in spriteing for 2D video games, but i have a'lot of trouble drawing high resolution sprites. Im not the worst artist in the world [ Heres a picture i drew today for refrence

I was hoping some of the dwellers on this forum could tell me were a good place to start would be. I intend on using what i make for personal small scale game projects, or projects with friends if i ever get to that point. But i will stress that i want to be good at this, i want to level up and be able to one day produce quality sprite sheets

So that about sums it up

Also how active is the community on this forum? is this a good place to lurk/post?
