[Paid] Looking for pixel artist to create environments for sci-fi adventure

Hello, everybody!

We're a four-person team working on a dialog-driven, linear "hard" sci-fi adventure. The project is not public yet, but has been in development for over a year now and most systems are pretty much built.

We're currently looking for a freelance artist who is proficient at creating pixel art environments. The workload will be eight hours per week maximum, starting in June or July. There is loads of work to do, so we're looking for someone to join us for at least several months. We pay on an hourly or daily basis.

Everyone, we've received quite a few submissions in the meantime, and chances have gotten really slim as a result. I'd ask you not to send any more portfolios my way for the time being, since I want to respond to everyone personally, which has taken up a good portion of this week already. Thanks a lot to everyone who applied and expressed an interest in the project. I'm super-stoked to see that our little teaser got such a positive response. I already dislike the prospect of turning away so many talented people, but unfortunately we only got the budget for one person at the moment. However, I'm keeping the list around and will hopefully approach some of you in the future as our tiny studio grows.
