Looking for a 2D sprite artist

Hi, i'm starting a new 2D mmorpg game project and i need a very good 2d artist to make the sprites for us, we need a pack for an urban city style like this:

Those images are of course for reference, we are working in Unity if that helps in any way, we are searching for some one who can do those two images but on his own style for an example work, and if we like that and also the price we will pay for that. We are paying for pack, not for hour or something like that, and the price is on the designer.
