Not technically my oldest, but I did a clearup of my pictures about five minutes before I saw this topic.  :-[
Through pillowshaded and into a plushie.  :)

Awesome! Here are the oldest pictures I could find, that are actually pixeled.
I think the green-blueish dragon is the oldest one but I'm not sure.
