16-bit RPG Art needed

Hi guys,
I work at a games studio and want to pitch a 16 bit rpg game to my boss. I am looking to  hire someone to do some 16-bit art of some of our classes, monsters and our character selection screen to show them. All up I am looking for 6 shots and the style will be sort of a modernised Heroes of Might and Magic 2.
