CC Steampunk Sniper Elf

I am working hard to learn pixel art. This is my last work, so please c+c are very welcome. What's the problems with this art? How can I improve it?

Although this is quite good, I have three things:
1. Her eye looks kinda funny with no white
2. The great shading you did has a light source directly above, but her hair is shaded from the right
3. Not completely convinced on the hair colors.

These are all small things, as your sprite looks quite good as is...

If I were you I would drop the AA on the pants, I think your contrast and shading is good enough that the AA reads more like blur than a proper terminator between shaded and bright cells. I like it a lot otherwise.
