Artist required for Harvest Moon/Rune factory inspired game

Greetings

I would like to start off by thanking you for your time, I am a independent developer looking for some art for a small project. I am hoping to get a tileset (16x16 or 32x32), character sprite and monster (16x32) done for a harvest moon/rune factory type game.

The sprites would be 4 directional (up/down/left/right) and 4+ frames per direction. Right now i just need walking animations for 1 monster and character but eventually i would need animations for the main character for various tool/weapon use and attack animations for them.
