The 1st and 4th frames last for 150ms and the others 100ms. It creates a cool timing for the arms maybe, but the hair and scarf's movement look weird because of it.
The hair is kind of expanding. Not so much in the latest version, but keep in mind keeping its overall size consistent.
The thing that bothers me the most is that the body falls instead of rising in the frames the legs extend. It's like that when walking because there's always a foot in the ground, but running is like making small leaps I guess


I quickly fixed those things. All frames 100ms long.
I also tried to separate the front leg from the back leg a bit, cleaned some things a bit, and made a less cazy scarf animation.
