Bird animation

Hi, Just wanting some thoughts on the fluidity or changes on frame speed etc, Cheers.

I'd say everything's too economical right now, for lack of a better word.

Like, the pieces are there but the full effect needs more movement.
Take the wings, they don't flutter or flap like you'd think they just kinda angle away. The head only tilts the one time, the feathers don't ruffle...

The parts are here, but you need to add the smaller details so it has life.
Try starting with the wing movements and outlines, feathers splaying and wings fluttering when it pulls the worm out of the dirt!
