the bricks under the arch are a bit shiny because I wnated them to seem wet,don't know if it worked

In my opinion I guess you can add more bricks on the bridge (this shadow side) because you know It looks more like a painted bridge

And 1 question about the latarns on the bridge (they are on or off)

Which bit are you referring to?Can you draw an arrow pointing to it?did you mean those bits on the chains to which the lanterns are hung?

This is just my view on it and you can change it if it helps but with the re-boxed, I did those areas

That area feels like a flat plane compare to the bottom of the bridge and boat as doesn't show the depth on the top of the bridge,
if you can see it.

Overall, it's lovely and I hope can fix those perspective errors, can't wait to see the final piece.

Thank you very much for the advice.At the moment I'm working on the mobile phone and I'm not very comfy with it,and I think I wouldn't be able to fix those errors,so I think I'll do it when I'm back home

I tried to fix that but I don't know if that's what you meant.I slightly moved the street lights to the left and fixed the light on the border of the bridge

The carriage looks great but I guess it will get some updates (lightning updates of course) because the lamps have got equal spacing and there is a space between carriage

managed to fill those spaces under the arches.
Added some drops here and there.
the streetlight on the left is turned off;I'd like to make the glass sphere broken but I couldn't make it  look right,so I leaved it intact

I plan to make something on it later,but I used all the colors in the palette I wanted to use at the start;is it necessary to add more colors to it?
Here come the barrels!

Also added some people on the bridge(and not under it)

On my screen, this image is very dark.  I can really only see the highlights well.  That's kindof a cool effect, but you're making me rely on my imagination to fill in the spaces.  Is that okay?

However, if this image is going to be displayed in a very low-res game, like 256x256 or something, it might be okay the way it is because the 1-pixel edges will be a lot easier to see at low res.

The back leg of the horse looks really strange to me, try looking at some actual horse walk cycle animations and maybe deconstruct those (choose a certain pose you'd like and take that, maybe).
