Final Fantasy IV ROM Hack - Sprite Artist Needed

I am in need of someone who can recreate character portrait images from The After Years into SNES sprites. This job will require a graphics editor such as YY-CHR or Tile Layer Pro. Knowledge of Final Fantasy IV and/or The After Years is preferred, but not required. Please message me for details and payment rate discussion.

Sprite Specifications:
-3BPP SNES (8 color palette, only 6 if excluding black border and transparent color)
-64x64 pixels
