A little character to a little project

Hi guys, i'm new in the world of pixel art and i did this to a little project, not very good, so i want tips (sorry bad english i'm brazillian, the country of the dancer dog  )

To make the image show up, you need to use the image URL, not the URL of the webpage it's on.

You can get the image URL by right-clicking on the image and clicking "Copy Image Location/Address", or you can drag it to the address bar and get the URL from there.

You don't need to include a zoomed version. The forum automatically supports zooming for all posted images. Click to zoom in, ctrl+click to zoom out. If it doesn't work, refresh.

The character's arms change colour from frame to frame, why is that?
