omg yes! I love this as much as I loved the old one! Let's see how bad I am at recognizing things.. heh... I'm not even gonna bother typing them up, there are so many ones I can't place...

Awesome!  So it was "The dread Pirate Roberts".  Also, Kim jong il was one I could recognise but not from where.  Excellent details, and I would much look forward to being optimus and smashing things. 
Back from hiatus, just remembered how excellent this community is at forming technique in a fledgeling artist of any kind.

Ooh, looks like the sprites from the old SSI goldbox series of AD&D games.

And now I see the post about making a game out of them! Will be very interesting to see, absolutely lovely quality on the animation as well.

Is Rincewind looking back, though? Granted, always flees from danger, but isn't his philosophy to always look forward so you don't hit your head on a branch? Still a fun sprite, though I'd like to see a bit more "panic", or urgency, in the stride... if that's possible.
