Try making it more of a pirouette, arms outstretched and pivoting on one leg!

Looks pretty smooth overall. The jitter is mostly in the ears and the skirt. Make sure there aren't any pixels that sit in one spot for more than a frame cause that will appear as a jitter. Especially the horns seem to jump in and out very abruptly and the head looks like it pops side to side. A good deal of this is because the horn behind the head is sitting in the exact same spot for multiple frames. And if I'm not mistaken even moves backwards in one.
