help with website, icon and title screen for game (paid - POSITION TAKEN)

hello. I'm making a game and I want the icon, title screen and site to be perfected. I will pay 40 euros for the whole lot, I'm sorry but I'm 20 and I can't afford much since I don't have a proper job yet and am still studying. Also, you won't have to do it on your own, you'll get help of me.

Update: I have got a few emails of people who want to help, I am still considering who to pick but you can still email me if you are interested. In fact I think I need a little more to pick from since I havent really found exactly what I am looking for. But thanks alot to everyone who emailed me!
