Need some pixel art done. I need some towers made up somewhat similar to these

this. Those are quick bad mockups, I'd like yours to have more detail, with palette and shading similar to
fez's style.Other requirements are the towers must have windows that are at least 40x40 and the middle of the tower must be repeatable. So it can be continuously stacked. I need an urban building tower, medieval themed tower, a traditional japanese architecture inspired one, and anything else you could think of. I'll pay per design I buy. Thanks.
