When walking or running, the legs go one in front of the other, rather than next to each other.
Knees bend a fair bit when running, I don't think you can get away with not indicating the knees at all in a run animation. If this is a 3/4 view, then you should probably have some frames when each leg is furthest back where the foot isn't visible behind the upper leg.

The waist should also move up with tje torso. Legs bend and extend, that's why the bob happens!

Your walking animation has a weird kink in it like he can't walk properly, try to look at some other walking animations and replicate those. Here i did a small tweak to how a typical 4 frame walking animation would look like:
You get in the bowl

Still got that uneven gait! Both legs should spend the same number of frames on the ground and in the air, again remember that the bobbing is from the leg hitting full extension! He should bob  up at the very height of the leg movements!

Try and think about it from the side, like in this example from http://finalbossblues.com/walk-cycles-p1/ (excellent guide on walk cycles there, incidentally!)

The knight himself looks like his legs blend in when he walks, I think It'll be easier to animate if you change the lighting a bit on our knight here and I think it'll give others, or if you're making a video game, our players/Audience a better understanding of how this knight is, but also take note into account, 1. What is his/her personality? 2. Is he/she injured? 3. Is he/she traveling over terrain or flat tile?
