Hello everyone!
Pixel Cows
is currently seeking a
pixel artist
to work on it's upcoming game. We're an indie game studio located in Brazil, and we've been doing games for the past 8 years! Here's a small sample of what we've been doing:
Pixel Cows' Reel
The hired artist will be working on
Darkness Revealed
, our upcoming game, set for
release in July 2017
. It is a
2D platform thriller set underwater
with a big focus on story telling. It follows Dave's journey, a veteran diver, as he uncovers secrets from his past life and the unknown sea. Learn more about the game and watch it's first trailer here:

For easier daily communication with the rest of the team,
we're focusing on Brazilians or Portuguese speaking artists. We will, however, consider all applicants!

Job Info
We work in a virtual office scenario (it doesn't matter where you live)
, with 3-4 weekly team meetings. Tools like Slack, Trello and Skype keep us connected at all times. Work hours are not strict and you may
build your schedule as you like
, as long as deadlines are met. We work with a
profit sharing arrangement, and contracts will be placed to safeguard your interests as well as ours.
