Help to polish this cockatrice

I am making a Cockatrice, but i am not happy with it... Need some help to polish the shadows and the wings! Thanks you all!  :)

Hey man,
First of all, looks good, i can tell it's a cockatrice.
What I would do first is tone down a bit with the AA and use way less colors, at the moment it looks pretty blurry.
Regarding the wings, you could make them go up a bit higher and maybe let the front wing go more over the body.

Thanks you! I will learn some AA tips, I never used it before and I search on internet and it seems good! Ty! I will update the pic when I get the result!

About the wings, in my opinion are chicken wings and I think chicken wings are close of the body!

It is not bad but it looks very flat, maybe you should change the shading so that it would help define the shapes and give volume, particularly in the wings.
