Could use more contrast. Few things to add on such a small piece.

Maybe define the legs and arms more if that's what I'm seeing here.

I was thinking the same thing. Especially after watching the run animation a bit more. But I'm wondering of I need to enlarge the Sprite a bit or just strengthen the contrast.
