im here again
so, i was listening to song, and it gave me idea for drawing, and i decided to draw the idea
currently it is sitting in a state of "eh good enough" and "i want to be better"
so as i usually do with these, i post here! 
anyways, here's the thing

thing that is giving me more headaches is the head, although ill accept suggestions for other parts of the drawing

The head actually looks pretty good. 
It's the legs that are confusing.  I see 3?  Or is that part of the cloth(maybe put in shadow)?  The angle of her left thigh looks a bit steep, as if she were sitting on the floor, also makes for a extra long torso.  Which makes me ask the question...What is she sitting on?  Short stool?  I think her legs are supposed to be crossed?  If so, maybe drop one leg lower or both.  This all might just be me not seeing something, but again, the top half looks good, but the bottom half doesn't quite look right.

That's more correct, but compromised the pose some. In situations like these I tend to take cues from araki( of JoJo's bizarre adventure fame) and leave it slightly broken for a better looking end result.
The recolor of the cloth is an improvement though.

Is she supposed to be sitting on a small stool or something? I don't understand entirely what's going on.

i wasn't understanding the stool complaints till now, hopefully fixed, still need to refine new ver

The legs on your new edit look a lot better.

For the pose though, they seem as if they could be stretched out more.
