I like the palette but i dont think its completely okey. About the drawing of the snorlax i think you should give him a little more depth, Looks a little too flat. make the head a little more round. and the mouth smaller.
Also. You should use other kind of degraded. (its kinda hard explain myself so i make a quick edit to your snorlax so you can understand me)
