on your C64 one, try using those green light source colors on the alien for the moon as well, so the moon looks like its the source of the... light source.  You could really spruce up the background and have a lot of fun with nebular dithery goodness also.  And don't be afraid to let things run off of the composition, the tail looks arbitrarily boxed-in.  Let it float out of sight and then back again perhaps.  I gotta try some C64 thingies some day.  You seem to shade in a monocromatic style with your other pixels, doing more funky C64 pictures will probably help you a lot.  :y:

I like your palettes, and the way you've shaded the characters. I specially like the alien's head, and the piece with the guy holding the gun seen from the side.

Technically, i dislike some of your lines which look jaggy, by example, as with the ninja's lower arm outline, or his torso interior lines. Also i think you need to improve your grasp on anatomy, (specifically, the poses on the characters and the proportions). I recommend you go do 20 quick sketches of regular people, and some olympic athletes :), or, check some reference when you're in doubt regarding anatomy issues.

Thanks guys!
I thought monocromatic gives much better Realism look for the piece.
Anyway after editing this piece i realized what you mean!

Thanks man for the advice ill do more c64 stuff  :y:

Turbo, thanks for the encouragement!
As for the anatomy stiffness i started doing some serious sketch last summer and until now going on that.
i edited some of the points that you noted, couldn't do so much for the anatomy of this piece though  :-[

better?

Wooo.. Some super swish work, my friend.
I really like your style, and the palettes are very soft and give a wonderful effect.

anatomy crit coming up, so nobody else do one.( because yours will beat the crap out of mine if you do)
wow, couldnt do all of it, im out of juice for a while now:

mine still has heaps of problems but i tried getting the MOST glaring things away with.
his chest was, and still is too small, i tried to adress that a bit.
the deltoid and pec dont merge like they should.
hes missing his trapezieus muscle( neck muscle).
i can see you attempted the serratus muscles, those usually arent very visible, so i just definied the adbominal muscle group that is  usually more visible.

i found one flaw silver
the ninja one...
his hand looks a lil wierd
and the shading of his face is also a lil wierd
as in it looks like a diagnol line going from the top of his face to the bottom
face shading is a lil curvier :)
