The Aquatoid and diver look good, but the Lobsterman needs more detail in the interior :) After all, his underside, which is visible, consists of a continuation of the legs/arms.

Apart from that, one could argue that the perspective is weird; front-view sprites are put into a top-down environment.

Here is a 3/4 perspective version donw in Laser Squad style:

I'm not familiar with XBRz, how are you achieving this?

Some words on your colors.
For the first he is made of green with the opposite red for accenting the eyes. For the second he is made of orange with the opposite blue to accent the visor and jeans. For the third he is made of yellow, yet just happens to have teal eyes. Maybe it would be a good idea to follow the emerging pattern and use yellow's opposite for accents?
