stephie, we try to include constructive comments and/or c+c in our posts here.  We dont intend to be another deviant art.  :P  (just for future reference)

you probably know that the majority of us aren't a fan of tracing, however, setting that aside it was pretty well executed.  Though, There are 3 main things that are really ruining it for me...

*the 'banding' in vaious areas
*your not always using buffer shades in your dithering.  -often having a light colour dithered over a darker one dispite having one or two shades in-between that you could be using.  This would tremendousely smooth it out as it feels very rough right now.
*go along with the 'rough' feeling of it, AA would also smooth things out quite nicely.  you have absolutely no AA currently and its really hurting this piece

too lazy to make an edit, sorry. But I hope you can understand my crits without one.
