Hello!, im new

Hello! ;D
Hi, i'm new in this community. im a Argentinian guy who likes do Pixel art things, and id like to share my work with people
PD: My english is not perfect,I can have many mistakes when i write  :'(

I have some finished works to show, but they do not have the gray background... the next ones are going to have it

It's hard to really be able to point out what I mean without being able to go over and edit them, but your sprites are very "noisy", try to group up your colors more and reduce the colorcount so it's easier to parse what you're looking at!
That said, that last one looks great.

Palette isn't 100% of the problem.  The noise he's talking about is that you have small sprites with a lot more colors than you really need.  For example, the knight guy in the very first sprite has 5 shades of blue on his armor.  Even 3 shades is pushing it a bit when the sprite is as low resolution as that.  You can reduce the color count on each of these and have them look less cluttered.
