Not particularly. You're missing some key understandings about how the skull works, and starting with the stylization before the basics like many (myself included) do quite often.
Here, study this picture of a skull, there's a few things to note here:
First, note how large and sunken in eye sockets are. that part of the skull is what you can SEE, even in the mirror. I actually start most drawings of faces with the eye sockets, they're easy to remember and help me keep eyes from drifting.
Second, note the cheekbones. That line up the side of Rohan's face is supposed to be the line of his cheekbone, you can see that better in this picture:
that's also why the leftmost edge of his face looks off, along with the banding you have going on there:
This bit took me a long time to really grasp fully, but the browline is usually a cliff over the eyes, then a divot before the cheek bumps back out as it traces its way down to the chin. You can very slightly see it in this other picture of Rohan I dug out:
Another thing to note that isn't really showable on the skull is that the tops of ears are usually right on the same level as the tops of our eyes.
