Kitty Kitty Boing Boing
the Happy Adventure in Puzzle Garden!

Has just been released on Steam! http://store.steampowered.com/app/519200/

It's pretty self-explanatory as to what sort of game it is. It's a puzzle platformer with some action elements. Here are some screenshots.. I created everything except the audio. Hope you like!

I'd want to see some more polish on the game itself before I vote for it.
The animations and soundwork is good, but the gameplay itself looks way slower-paced than it could be and outside of that pseudotetris level showcased in the trailer it doesn't really seem to have anything there to set it apart.

I agree with mysterymeat, the game looks nice and cute but the gameplay looks waay too slow. Looks like you have a consistent game already but I'd heavily consider making the gameplay more dynamic!  upvoted, good luck    :y:

I dig the sleepy pace.
Gets me in the mood.

But maybe add a Turbo Mode option for players that find it too slow.
The game could move at 1.5 speed and give the kitty sunglasses.  8)

Thanks everyone!
That's an interesting suggestion, PixelPiledriver. I like the idea of a Turbo mode option. I'll see if I can implement something like that.

I've been meaning to ask: did this start out from the standard EGA palette? At first glance I get a very strong EGA vibe, only on closer inspection do I notice the greater number of colours.
