What is with the new people saying stuff about how many views their topic has in contrast to how many replies? Be humble, man! People will criticize your work when they feel like it. And on that note:
I like the texture of him, and what you did with the lighting, but the right fin needs to stick out more from the tail, and I'm not sure how you could do this without wrecking the texture, but the farther back it goes, it should get darker.

My god, you're right about the reply's. I never thought of it like that.

About the fin, i got no idea how to do it. The problem with no outline is that you can't see its shape on some pieces, well here i got the same problem on that fin, oh well, i think i did a good job with shading it so that you can still see it, i'll make it darker a bit though.

This is pretty good but for a few areas. The head is lacking some definition and is a flat color on the sides; add some details there. The majority of the piece is top-lit and shaded accordingly, but the upper body is lit from the front and pillowshaded.

I'll change it, tomorrow, i'm out soon for today.
And i'll edit the head a bit.
