Tips are welcome sorry for the white pixels i didnt saw him when i was trying to remove all the background on photoshop cs6

It has a lot of stray pixels. Aside from that, the image itself isn't really a well planned/ thought out piece of pixel art. You just use noise/random colors to fill in most of the image. It doesn't have a definitive light source either.
