Graphics Gale Questions

Hey guys and gals

I know the general usability of Graphics Gale, and I'm content with what the program has so far offered me.
I've been meaning to ask:
-Is there a way to Add a Layer to All frames at once?
-Is there a forum or a place where people create their own plugins for Graphics Gale that I'm unaware of?

select all frames, open layer menu, add layer, or use a key binding (mine is R for create layer)

Honestly, selecting all frames was something I didn't even know was possible
