drawing with a cigarette

impressions on this?
for an album cover. hand will likely be drawing something (even though that makes no sense lol)

im a bit iffy about the large dark area, not showing background fingers for example. not sure if thats an issue because it isnt really exposed to light. will be tweaking the tinting where the cigarette light radiates.

this is pretty silly but what do you guys make of it?

If the cover is meant to be obviously pixel art, you might want to go for a smaller resolution. At this large size, it's likely to just come off as a very pixelated image "for no apparent reason", rather than intentional pixel art. Doing it smaller would also get rid of your issue with the large dark areas.
