Good stuff. Great anatomy, pose and shading.
Minor gripe - I think the blue dots break the smoothness of it though. I'd change the blue to a slighty lighter, less saturated one. The dots just steal the attention from the rest at some points (namely, the larger dots).
+5 credits for doing a purple dude. Purple, that oftenly forgotten color.

aw, i thought this was going to be a firefly/serenity piece from the title

second what turbo said about the purple, purple is the king of colors

the pose feels slightly strange, as though he is falling backwards; id suggest moving his right leg back a bit and angling it out to make up for the backward motion.  when a person leans back, its really a combination of pushing their shoulders back and their pelvis forwards; otherwise you just fall.

does the lower body feel a bit big to anyone else?  this feels like foreshortenning which increases the feeling of unbalance.  shrinking the legs will probably do as much help as shifting the pose
A mistake is a mistake.
The same mistake twice is a bad habit.
The same mistake three or more times is a motif.

Arms=Extremely puny.

Nice, though, and ditto to what Adarias said.

Thank you for your time to comment on my piece, and for the compliments =)

The color issue is mostly because of the first version, but I shall fix it.
1st Version

And I didn't knew purple was forgotten  ;D

First of all, thank you for comment =)

Really? Is there a Mister Universe in it?

About the pose:

I tried to do it myself, and indeed felt really awkward. The pelvis and abdomen should come forward, but mine is straight. And his left leg should form a smaller angle. I'll work on that.

And yes, his upper body is smaller. I tried to give a better impression that he was leaning back, and that was one of the "solutions" I found. But probably I didn't quite managed to make it right, so I'll fix that too.

Thank you too for your comment and compliment =D
I explained the arm/upperbody question above.

Thank you guys for the great comments and criticism.

I'll edit this post tomorrow with the fixes.

only in the film, and hes a bit wierd, but his room full (full) of computers/televisions could make for an a fun lighting experiment
