Need Help![Sprite Detail]

 Hey, Its Hebrons from BYOND i tried to detail it but i wanna go for a more softer / smooth body texture could anyone give it a shot and also palette help would be great need C+C.
Heres My detailed version start for starter:

Clean Copy without detail:

give it a shot for me please & yes i made other directions i just need help detailing this and then i can handle it from there just want a layout ready once im done animations.

A color could easily be recycled from the specular, which isn't doing anything.
How far are his pecs sticking out that they would have such a thick cast shadow?
Softer is as simple as a lighter color.



Edit: hm, not sure, were you going for a woman?

i love it thats amazing would you mind doing the heads of the other directions for me please (just the heads) ?

I volunteer to help people learn, not to contribute graphics.
Meet me halfway. If you love the sprite, figure out why it works and draw the side view. Make it your own.
Then others can critique it.
