[PAID] Looking for someone to improve and do multiple animations for 1 sprite

Hey there, I am working on a project and I just need someone to improve on my art (if you can call i that).

I already have the base sprite drawn, although it's terrible. I want someone to take that idea though and draw it much better and then do various animations (idle, walking, run, jump up, moving jump and more). The sprite fits currently in 64 x 48. PM me with your info and an idea at how much pay and we can go from there. Thanks in advance.
