what software are u using?
no offence but it looks like a random scribble without any real thought gone into it.
its hard to tell the scale to make suggestions what it should look like.

is it foreground or background?
what kind of use would u have for these odd shapes?
would there be something moving on it?

in nature grass doesn't form sharp points and triangles and i don't think it grows very well vertically.
environment causes everything to smooth out to rolling shapes.
sure its probably just a game but its just way too obvious to overlook.

also the dirt is just too obviously random single-pixel scratching to make a noisy texture.
have u been listening to suggestions to start by painting with a larger brush like 3x3 and 2x2 pixels even?
usually a good way to start a texture then u come in with a single pixel and clean up the clusters.

ignore the horrible background but here's a long-since abandoned sketch (excuse the upscale!) to give u an idea what starting out with a larger brush might look like...

its generally a really good idea to add some dark shadows under the grass too as u see above.
then u can add some roots, rocks etc. underneath to create more texture.
u could follow this kind of process to build it up (first frame was someone else's)...
