android pixel art program?

just asking this question again in case anyone has come across a way to do pixel art on android (I have note 3 with stylus) that doesnt completely suck?

there is a grafx2 android port on the play store, though I haven't tried it on small screens.

also thx to datmuffinman sorry didnt reply I tried grafx2 its great but doesn't work so good on my galaxy note 3 phone pity stylus response is horrible in many of these apps.
such a waste of a great stylus
