I'm guessing you don't get this kind in these forums much, but anyway.
Rip it to shreds with your CandC please, because I'm begging you to.

His eyes look way too suave to be Wario. He needs to look more wild. Maybe add one of those obligatory badguy shadows by the eye? (not beneath, but beside.) His chin and jaw should be a bit wider. His arms need way more muscle, and his legs should be a bit shorter/smaller.

Also, what on earth is he doing?

It's cool so far. Check this picture out for wario's face and proportions.

 The face is fine. I wouldn't change anything except anti-alias the face features. E.g. mustache, eyes, mouth, etc. I would work on the body. Make him more muscular.
