Hi,

Nice animation! I really like your character :). However I do think it looks a bit stif right now. In walk cycles it's important to have the entire body move in the rithm of the steps. So the shoulders should move with the arms and the body should hop up and down with the legs. I've made a quick edit to show what I mean:

Also a little thing to notice is that when you walk you will never have your right arm in front of you at the same time your right foot steps forward. When your right hand is al the way to the front, your right foot is all the way to the back.

Hey Thanks for the feedback taoster. Your modifications have certainly made a big difference with the movement and much natural to look at. Will try to animate other angles now and will update here.

I feel like the forearm is swinging too far back. Even at the peak of your stride, the hand doesn't go behind the hips. It sits roughly on the waist. Example.

It is a bit slow, and could use more vertical bounce!

I wanted to make an edit, but then screwed up the bounce rhythm, but still the idea might come across: (I did not touch the arms.. You should!)

Thanks for the feedback guys. I have incorporated what Zia and Hapeil have mentioned in their critique comments. After some hard work  and motivation from this site I am constantly improving my skills. here is what I have made for right side animation for my character:

I know this isnt perfect and pixel gurus would still have some more improvements for it.
