I know you go over it with your background colour but how do you select this?
You can set the Transparent Color to a hotkey in Preferences:

^Thanks I've set up a hot key for that as well and everything is working exactly how I want it to now. I just have one more question before I finish with this thread. Is it possible to easily create seamless tiles in GraphicsGale? I now have the full version and just wanted to know. I know that other programs can do it like Pyxel Edit but if I can do this in GraphicsGale then I will.
