That link is wrongly written. Here it is.
Thanks I was trying to figure out the issue
@Decroded I see but I do sorta understand colors well as far as basics like dark colors with dark like blue, red, and purple but I just don't get what?... I am doing.. wrong? I don't know but I am trying my best
Nah I wasn't saying you're doing anything wrong.
There are things to fix in each of your iterations but its difficult to say exactly how to fix them until you make some decisions.
If this piece you had a particular use we could say "doing THIS would be better for THAT use for THESE reasons".
But since you're just practicing drawing skills I wanted to give you more options to explore.
What direction you choose is up to you

For example Cyangmou is a professional artist who produces game art for a living.
I think his instinct is to choose a "saleable" style that stands out against the competition.
This means it has interesting colours and character, and higher contrast and outlining that stands out against any background.
Understanding these choices is something that everyone can benefit from even if you choose not to use them.
At this point you should at least decide on the material you want.
Posting some references of what KIND of slime you like would help as I don't think you're quite sure what you want yet.
Anyway I'm rambling too much so I'll shutup
