(PAID) Need replacement pixel artist for ongoing EarthBound-Inspired RPG

I've been working on a project for the better part of a year now, with a dedicated pixel artist that I've been paying about 32 hours of work a month.  My pixel artist recently took on a full time position, which means he's not going to be able to continue to do as much work.  He is a talented artist so he will be hard to replace.

I need to find someone to match the same quality of work that he did.
