Shmup Title!

Here's the title screen to a game I'm working on. I know the ships are just semi-transparent so I’ve included the original ship. Yes this game is actually playable so hopefully I'll actually finish it. What do you think?

Looking nice, graphically the game looks promising... but it all depends on the gameplay .

The thing that first caught my eye is the incorrect highlight / light source on the upper cannon gun, it's like you just vertically mirrored the lower cannon .

Anyhows that's it for now .

It gives a great feeling to the game, im not too great at space stuff so it's nice to see a mockup like this.. I do think it's a pitty you've just flipped over the image for the background, though it does kinda work..

I don't think that the small ships stand out enough, but I could be wrong..

The big ship reminds me of the one off sonic on the megadrive.. Can't remember which sequel. You know, the one with the mole flying it, dropping bombs on you? Anyway, Nice colours and wicked mockup! Keep us updated.
